We visit every assisted living home that we represent.   First, we conduct a complete background check of each facility including a check of their state inspection reports. Next is a complete history. Who owns and manages it and for how long? Are the caregivers trained and certified? Are the residents happy and well cared for?

Upon our approval, we take photos of the facility for you to view which saves hours of driving from home to home. Once we have selected some of the homes that will best meet your needs, one of our placement specialists will take you to tour those homes. We will be there to assist in answering any questions you may have about the homes.

Our service doesn't stop there. After you or your loved one moves in, we make unannounced visits to ensure that the home we have chosen together, is doing what they promised in meeting your needs.
